Seasonal sites

1. One camping unit on the site. One family: two adults and their dependent children under 21. No sublet.
2. The park is open March 15 through December 15. This license covers only the dates printed above.
3. Quiet hours are 11:00pm to 8:00am. Radios and loud talk stop at 11:00pm, and exterior lights are dimmed. Sunday is quiet: no construction, power tools, or lawn mowing.
4. Pets stay on a leash everywhere in the park, including on your site. The off-leash dog park is the only exception. Do not walk dogs beside the petting zoo.
5. Alcohol stays on your site. It is not allowed in the store, on a golf cart, or on the Happy Hills Express.
6. A golf cart needs a valid G2 or G, a park inspection, and a 10 km/h pace. Carts are back on the site by 11:30pm. No ATVs, dirt bikes, hoverboards, or motorized children's vehicles.
7. No bike riding after dark. Riders under 18 wear helmets. E-bikes are for campers 16 and older, and not on the ramps.
8. Visitors register in the store before 9:00pm. Day visitors leave by 10:00pm or pay the overnight fee.
9. Metered electric and the water minimum are billed on top of the rent printed here. Large trash does not go in the park dumpsters.
10. The site turns over on the leave date. A hold is not a license until you and Happy Hills have both signed.

Retirement village

1. This is a year-round site in the Retirement Village. The tenant normally stays from year to year.
2. The site is landscaped, about 60 by 85 feet, with phone, sewer, and frost-protected water.
3. The indoor pool is open year round. This site is not limited to the March 15–December 15 camping season.
4. Highland Park homes, up to 840 square feet, are available through the park.
5. One household on the site. No sublet. A new owner has to be approved by the park.
6. The license renews for another 12 months for the same tenant.
